Russell and his brother are the best. We've used them twice on Naples purchases, and both the quality of their investigative work as well as their personable and prompt 'can do' attitude is exactly what's needed. Ultra Premium service all around.

I’m in the process of taking care of high level ‘due diligence’ inspections and was anticipating many areas about the home inspection portion that required a thorough review. My broker recommended and coordinated Comprehensive Building Consultants as the best for this multi-million dollar home inspection. Given the small time frame available where I needed this report first, Russ and his team were there within a few days. I was surprised that there were so many areas that were detailed in the report, but that’s what I needed to know regardless of an only 11 year old structure. The report was over 100 pages and was detailed to the degree which I needed to be aware. Hopefully I’ll also be able to take advantage of CBC’s ‘Private Property Management’ services for monitoring it and taking care of the things when I not there. If one is looking for trust and the best home inspection company, I highly recommend CBC with Russ Hensel and his team!

Russell and his team are the best home inspectors I have ever worked with -- they are exceptionally knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and efficient. I have used them several times and I am always amazed at their attention to detail and the issues they uncover. They provide a very comprehensive report just hours after completing their inspection. Russ with Comprehensive Building Consultants did an excellent job for us. They did our initial home inspection when we bought our house 3 years ago and it was VERY comprehensive. Since then, when I have concerns with the roof or other things, I ask him to come by. He's always very responsive and knowledgeable. This time he was by to check a new roof we just had installed. They walked the roof and crawled the attic. I highly recommend CBC!

We hired Comprehensive Building Consultants to perform a pre-drywall inspection on our new home build. Russ and his team were professional, thorough and on their top game. We were happy with the items they brought to our attention during the inspection and in their well-detailed report, which we will address with our builder. We will definitely have Russ and his team return to perform another intermediate inspection along with the final build inspection during our closing walk-through. Very happy!

Comprehensive did a home inspection for me as a Buyer. It was easy to schedule, and they were pleasant and responsive. On the day of inspection, they were on time, extremely professional, thorough and clear. They walked me through any questions, and I recommend them highly.
