We had an excellent experience with Aardvark Home Inspections while purchasing our new home! The scheduling process was streamlined and quick. Corey performed our inspection - he was prompt, professional, and extremely thorough. He explained all of his findings to us and the report was incredibly detailed with supporting photos of everything. I would recommend them to anybody and would absolutely choose them again for inspections.

This is the 3rd home Aardvark inspected for me, they did an excellent job, this last home they found several things that needed addressed, unfortunately the selling realtor didn't agree with aardvark inspection. Aardvark has always been on time and provided detailed inspection reports. If I decide to buy another home I will call Aardvark to do the home inspection and water testing

The inspector, Jeff, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the inspection. We received our report promptly which was very detailed. We will absolutely use them again in the future if the opportunity arises.

The inspection report was well put together. Unfortunately we were not notified nor was our agent that in order for the Radon inspection to be completed, windows would need to be closed which delayed that inspection and potentially my closing. They also seem to be overbooked and they weren't able to schedule us within my desired timeline. Still waiting on the radon and sewer scope reports.
