He worked the home inspection in for the following day, and sent a thorough report with photos within one day of the inspection. Friendly and clear communication and quick turn around helped us work with our agent, gather estimates, and respond in a timely manner to keep our buying experience moving forward.

Wiley was knowledgeable and thorough. He was honest and explained and answered any of our questions. With the home being built in 1920, there are obviously issues, and his flagging of priorities was very helpful.
