Pfeifer Home Inspection

Kyle was very quick to respond to my request for an inspection on my home I am purchasing. He had great communication with me, and provided quick updates. I would definitely recommend Kyle to others!!

Missed close to $10k in issues. Plumbing not up to code. HVAC not installed properly. Electrical issues. Would never ever use again!!! 07-23: I have left you a voicemail as requested. Here are a couple of photos to corroborate a couple of complaints. 11-18 I had you inspect 2 homes for me. I only purchased one. This one. You inspected this house 3 times. You knew this house was a remodel and that’s why there were 3 inspections. One paid for by me, one paid for by my agent, one paid for by the seller. I have all the inspection reports and reinspection reports. All these additional problems that you missed came up within 2 years of owning the home and I let them slide one by one. This house being built in the 60s would have had copper piping. Having all pvc piping now shows that most of the plumbing was overhauled and required a permit that was never filed as well as a clean out that was done properly. But I guess you only care about code for the year it was built and not the current year it’s being remodeled? Also, there is an outlet behind my refigerator that’s still just sitting on the floor without all the wiring secured at least by electrical tape!! While I concede that an inspector cannnot catch everything, you missed more than I would expect. I’m not trying to sue you or recoup expenses so me "violating our contract" is neither here nor there. Just trying to help future homeowners. And third time you have communicated? You never returned my call. Added photo of random outlet box and you passing the outlet that had no ground wire that caused the stacking set to shock me once I got a washer and dryer.

Highly recommend PFEIFER Home Inspection!! He was a recommendation from a friend of ours and Realtor. Kyle was very quick to respond via phone/text & ontop of that he got us scheduled very quickly. We also appreciate how he was able to give direction on a current repair being done incorrectly by our leasing company, this allowed us to make sure to redirect and have fixed the proper way before purchasing. I can't thank Kyle P. enough for all his help with an independent inspection for my first newly built home. He was thorough, knowledgeable and helped me get things repaired/fixed with the builder. He educated me as well. He was patient with my questions and was always professional. His reports were timely, organized and easy to follow.
