They had great availability and were able to get our future home inspected the next day. Jose was awesome, he took his time, walked us through everything inside and out, and never hesitated to stop and answer our questions. We had Maribeth inspect our new construction and couldn't have been happier. She was thorough and very pleasant to work with. She sent us a detailed report and a summary report with a day of inspection. She even included nice-to-have items in her report which the builder addressed promptly. Highly recommend.

We had Justin do a whole house inspection & sewer scope on a manufactured home we wish to purchase. Justin was on time, courteous, very knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. His testing was efficient & thorough. Numerous photos were taken, & the separate sewer scope was a complete video. He showed us what to look for for normal maintenance, and what safety issues might crop up later. His written report was extremely thorough, with many photos, & highlighted areas of detail. We were pleased with Justin’s assessment, and with one additional specialized inspection, we will move forward towards purchasing this home. We would not hesitate to hire Key inspection Services again.

Alex did an especially tricky inspection for us on a house that needed major renovation. Even with all of the repairs he had to document, he did a thorough job and was extremely patient with all of our questions. I cannot recommend him more!!
