Jan and her crew we're extremely professional and knowledgeable. They came in and treated everyone with respect. They get the inspection completed in a timely manner yet we're very thorough. The inspection was thorough and complete. The inspection report arrived that same day, and was very detailed and helped us identify some important issues that we weren't aware off. Jan and Will came out to do a home inspection for a property we had under contract...had is the key word here. Ha! They are very thorough, Will even crawled around in the crawl space! I've never had an inspector do that! They know their stuff! If you are buying an older home, think historic, I would highly recommend Jan and Will. The short story is some of the HVAC and hot water heater was 30 years old; however, the kicked came two days later. Jan encouraged us to have a sewer line scope done. Yep, we did, yep - sewer line was falling in. That was a no go. I would highly recommend Inside Out, and I'll for sure use them again when the time comes!
