Mike (the owner/inspector) was great! He's a very nice, personable guy that seems highly knowledgeable and competent. He arrived a little early and adjusted to the fact that there were still a couple of people finishing up some work at the house. He seemed to take our concerns seriously, as well, which is a huge plus! I found him through my sister-in-law's recommendation, and will be recommending him/MK Home Inspections to anyone I see in the area looking for a home inspection of their own.

I hired Mike to do a new home inspection this past week. He was extremely thorough, understood building codes very well, knows how to navigate interpersonal dynamics with the onsite team, and was very communicative throughout the process. He's extremely on top of things and deserves every 5-star review that is on his page. He makes you feel like he's in your corner during a complicated process like buying a home.

Mike was very knowledgeable and paid attention to all the details. He even caught things in his report that I didn't see when I was trying to scope out as much as I could. He was very friendly, and would recommend his services to anyone buying a house.

Mike did a wonderful job inspecting a home my wife and I are under contract for. He is extremely thorough and has a vast knowledge base to work from. He spent over 3 hours inspecting every aspect of the property. On top of that he was very friendly and spent significant time explaining his findings with us prior to the end of his inspection after his work was complete.
