Kingdom Inspections were wonderful to work with. Their report was amazing. It included many details we had not thought about but definitely needed to know ( gas and water shutoff locations with pictures). We were out-of-state buyers and they made the entire process simple. I have experienced some home inspections from several different companies. The Kingdom Inspections is so far one of the best. I like the report format and explanation within it. The team also really check even the hard to reach areas of an old and deteriorating house. Really thorough and complete. And they are also nice to work with. God bless!

I bought my home four weeks ago. The inspectors were very good at listing the faults, but made almost no effort to explain how serious those faults actually were. My two major problems have been water and foundation damage. I was told there was some water damage, but in reality, the dishwasher had been leaking the entire time and that the water damage had spread in to the surrounding cabinets while the house was on the market, including during the inspection. Regarding the foundation: the inspectors pointed out cracks on the exterior walls but never made it clear that those cracks were a red flag for major structural issues. I have now been quoted $28,000 to repair the foundation. Had anyone been upfront about that, I would never have bought this house for the price I did. As a first‑time homebuyer, I relied on the inspectors to tell me not just what they saw, but what it meant financially and structurally—that’s why I paid a whole $575! Not just to circle defects on a clipboard, but to tell me which ones are serious, expensive problems. They failed to do that, and I feel badly misled. Update
