I would give Peter and Jesse (and the rest of the team) 6 stars if I could! Not only were they extremely professional in getting scheduled efficiently but also very reasonably priced and did the best job we could have asked for in fully inspecting every single nook and cranny in our 1890's house (that needed a LOT of unique areas inspected). After the inspection Peter took the time to walk us through his concerns, answer questions, and give us legitimately helpful feedback instead of just providing a report and leaving.

Great service and staff, highly recommend. We had a great experience with a full home inspection for a home purchase. Inspection staff communicated well and took the time to fully explain their report of the home. This was great for us as first time home buyers that didn't understand a lot of the language and impact of the report findings.

For the actual inspection he set out clear expectations, was very thorough, provided education about the house and needed repairs in a way that we could easily understand, he stayed and answered questions we had, and provided a thorough but very understandable report with pictures and videos.
