Ryan was fantastic. He inspected our new construction home prior to our one year warranty expiring and we're very pleased with his work. He was very patient with all of our concerns, the dogs barking, and us being home during the inspection. His attention to detail was impeccable and we really appreciate him.

I had the pleasure to work with Ryan from Portland Property Inspectors this past week and walked away so impressed. Having gone through a couple whole-home inspections in the past, Ryan was significantly better in every aspect. He is knowledgeable, detailed, and most importantly honest. I never felt he was biased for or against the sale of the home he was inspecting. Next, his reports are very well organized and thorough. They are easy to navigate and color coded to easily identify urgent items vs. non-urgent items. They will offer us so much value, not just during this inspection period, but after closing as well (sort of a punch list of to-do's for home improvement and maintenance). Thanks again, Ryan! We will be coming back to you for every and any future home inspection needs in the future.

Ryan was super responsive and was able to get my last minute inspection done. His report was extremely thorough and gave us some really great insight on what owning an older home might look like. I have been following his socials for sometime now and was so happy that he was available for us! Highly recommend to anyone needing their place checked out!

Our inspector, Ryan, was incredibly thorough, as well as fun to talk with as we went through what he saw and his areas of concern. His final report included recommendations for fixes, as well as "must do" recommendations. He went through the report in person and we walked the house together. The final written report included photographs of all the areas he inspected with written narrative about what he saw. Well worth the time, leaving us with a better understanding of what we would be purchasing and what would be the immediate/necessary repairs.

Ryan did a very thorough inspection, and spent a lot of time explaining and answering questions. I'd definitely use him again.
