James was able to get the inspection done and get the report back to me the same day to move things along. The report was great, and he was one of the few (or only) inspectors willing to go out to Colorado City to get the job done. I highly recommend!

James did my home inspection and he was awesome. This report was very thorough and came with pictures and videos as well to show damages, which i really appreciated. He explained things great and was in contact the whole time when needed. Definitely recommend him, he was also very affordable compared to other places we called.

I live in another state and was trying to buy a house in Beulah Colorado. I have never seen the house and I can’t believe how thorough and how thoughtful he was. He went over EVERYTHING! He even took extra pictures so that I could see what the place looked like better than the listing pictures.
