Home Inspection I had such a great experience with this inspection company! The inspector was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and made me feel confident about my home purchase. The report was clear, detailed, and delivered quickly. I really appreciated how patient and personable they were throughout the process. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone buying a home — they truly care about their clients.

We used HDMK in a prior inspection and loved how thorough they were. Now we’re in the market of buying another home and knew just who to call for our inspection this time. Once again, they were very thorough. They got us on the schedule for an inspection right away. Zach, our inspector listened to our concerns and assured us he would make sure he gets a good look at everything. Considering we had different inspectors for each inspection that we’ve had with hdmk, that speaks volume of how reliable of a company this is. Their cost of the inspection is worth every penny on this sort of large investment. If I’m ever in the market for a home again, I will definitely come a third time!

I can’t say enough about Adrian. She is awesome. I was allowed to be present at the inspection, ask questions, and bring up issues that were paramount with me. She was very thorough, beyond my expectations. She didn’t "sigh", at any of my questions. Nice!!! This was the second time she performed an inspection for us, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call on her again. I’m sure anyone who contracted with HDMK, would agree.

Had an inspection done on a home I was buying in 2023 with Adrian. First time buying a home...New to Colorado. Unfortunately I had no knowledge of Radon. The Radon testing was really not emphasized as something important to purchase additionally to the home inspection. Almost 3 years later and trying to sell the home to only discover that Radon came back positive at an extremely high level. Even though I thought the inspection went great at the time. I wish we knew what Radon was and the dangers it poses. I think the information about Radon and the likelyhood of it should have came from a trustworthy and reliable inspection company such as HDMK during multiple conversations about the house during the time of the inspection.

Adrian did a great job on our post-contract inspection of the home we are buying. Communication was great from my first call through completion. The report was both detailed and very clearly written. I plan to use Adrian again for additional periodic inspections and for any other purchases I make in the area.
