*Beware — Strongly recommend seeking home inspection services from another provider. Michael sent his assistant out and showed up himself for the last 30 minutes of the inspection. Multiple items were missed by the both of them. This was not just minors items, major and serious issues were a completely missed and left out of the report. A home inspection should not be quick. Luckily we had a second inspection done by another provider that was significantly more thorough. Please beware and protect yourselves as buying a home is one of the most important purchase you will make in your life.

Michael did an amazing and honest job inspecting my 1st property so we had him come out and inspect our 2nd property. For our 2nd property we had to close fast so he was able to fit me in his schedule and come and inspect the home the next day! I was referred to this company by my family member to get my new future condo inspected. I called Mike on a Thursday night and he was able to fit in an inspection for the very next day. He was extremely response both via call and text message. Michael handled our home inspection for us on very short notice, and since we were not able to be in town he set up a video meeting with us and went over every issue he had found with the house we were buying in real-time.
