My realtor and friends recommended I use an American Company and Inspector. I’m happy to find the best in both as Andrew Chow CMI is a Veteran owner, Certified Master Inspector that completed over 1000 inspections and wife speaks Mandarin/Cantonese and also an inspector, that is knowledgeable and help me understand the inspection and report that I would not otherwise understand. great service and highly recommended.

Mr. Chow is professional and thorough in home inspection, while Mrs. Chow communicates with clients very nicely so we learned more about the house and any problem.
