I recently booked SD Mold Inspection to do some testing for me, and I am pleased with how every aspect of the service went. Josh is a great communicator, professional, and very responsive. He answered all of my questions on the phone before our appointment and also throughout the process. His kind demeanor and compassion made an unfortunate situation a little easier to deal with. He took the time to listen to my needs and then offer his expert advice on the best methods for achieving them. The results were delivered in a professional report that was well written and easy to understand. I hope to not have another situation that requires mold testing again, but if I did, I would hire Josh again without a shadow of a doubt.

I was stuck. I had taken time off work for a previously scheduled mold inspection appointment but I had no inspector. I then called SD Mold Inspection and talked with Joshua. I recently inherited a condo and when I went to take a look I noticed that there was water damage and what looked like mold in a few rooms as well as under the kitchen sink. I wanted to find out if the mold was harmful and what I needed to do to get the condo in a place where I could rent it out. I had gotten several quotes to get an inspection and after speaking with Josh from SD Mold inspection I made my choice. The main reason being the long science background and education Josh has. I was a biology major so I know a little bit about mold and I just felt better having someone handling this who seems qualified to do sampling and analysis. Most of the other inspectors I spoke with were general contractors. Josh was able to come out the same day to do an inspection. He was really thorough and explained everything he was looking for and what he was doing throughout the whole process. He got the results the next day and called me to explain what he found. His report was not difficult to understand and he has since been available to speak on the phone to answer any questions I have had. I highly recommend calling Josh if you have any concerns or questions regarding mold.

Josh was very professional and answered all of my questions with his expertise. The results helped ease my mind when everything came back at normal levels! Also when I wanted to look back at the results a few years later but had misplaced the report, it was very easy to contact Josh and he resent the report asap. Definitely recommend.
