It’s becoming more rare these days to have honest, friendly, attentive customer service from a knowledgeable expert. Ryan is all of these things. He not only responded to my request for service extremely quickly, he showed up within 30 minutes to diagnose the problem as to why our refrigerator suddenly stopped working. It turned out it was a problem that he couldn’t fix so he called his colleague who could help me and within minutes had me in contact with his colleague. AND, Ryan wouldn’t accept any payment for his time! A wonderful gem among our local businesses!

Ryan of J & B Appliance Service quickly responded to my call regarding a defective LG front load washer. Within about five minutes he diagnosed the issue - a defective motor sensor - and placed the part on order. A couple days later, at my convenience, he stopped by, installed the part, and the washer now again works perfectly. He's clearly very knowledgeable, and is friendly and professional, as well. He saved me a week+ of delay and $100s of dollars by diagnosing the sensor failure and making the appropriate repair, vs. the LG Service recommendation of complete motor replacement. Our washer stopped filling with water. Upon speaking with Ryan at J and B, he knew almost immediately what the issue was. I spoke with him on a Thursday, he ordered the part, and fixed our washer on Monday. The whole process was smooth and professional. And it was a very reasonable price for the whole labor and repair. Called to get a stacking washer that started leaking repaired. They scheduled me in just two days and even showed up a few minutes early. Ryan was very friendly, polite and careful in my home. He quickly determined the repair was bearing related and expensive. The washer repair would be close to the same price as a used unit (both washer and dryer) and referred me to a used appliance dealer. My experience was excellent and what made it beyond my expectations was he did not charge me for the diagnostic on the unit. Wow. I was just so pleased at that kind gesture! He could have charged me and he chose to be generous. Definitely recommend this company based on my experience. A+ and all the gold stars!
