JD Helton Roofing Co replaced the roof on our commercial building. The existing EDPM roof was aging badly and we had limped along patching it for far too long. It was time to get the roof replaced. I reached out to JDH and they promptly came out and inspected the roof. As expected they scheduled a time to core the roof to make sure they knew exactly existing layers they were dealing with. Two layers and EDPM and some gravel needed to be removed. They also assessed the custom flashing that would be necessary use with the awning. It was a complicated roof and I witnessed the estimator visit multiple times to make sure they had it properly dialed in. I felt like the quote was very fair and accurate. After signing off on the project I waited for them to schedule the job. They communicated effectively where we were within the work pipeline and how the weather was looking. When the work began it was a well orchestrated machine with the delivery of the materials, dumpster, and porto-potty. It took them the exact amount of time that they estimated. The first time it rained it was on a Saturday. I went over to the office to inspect to make sure everything was good. Zero leaks! I did realize that the old roof design just didn't have enough drains. I reached out to JDH and asked for two additional drains to be installed. They gave a fair price for that supplemental work and knocked it out within a reasonable timeline. The roof has also been inspected by the manufacturer and will come with their warranty. I would recommend JDH for commercial roof projects. On a personal note I would like to thank Andy the estimator and Luna the crew manager. All of your people were great to work with!
