Kahuna Comfort exceeded my expectations. My boiler has been giving me issues for quite some time, and Juan and his team came in, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed it efficiently. They walked me through the entire process, explaining my options in a way that actually made sense and made me feel confident in the work being done. Honest, professional, and friendly. These guys really know their stuff. The boiler is running perfectly now, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I'll definitely be recommending Kahuna Comfort to friends, family, and anyone in need of reliable service.

The office kept us very informed as to the arrival time and who was going to be doing my repair work. Our service man, Isaac, was very engaging with us regarding our issue. He expressed empathy and repeated back to us what our main concern was. Listening was key to our service experience. The repair was quick and checked before leaving. They were super responsive and able to come out to my house within a very short time. The technician was professional and well spoken and explain the options clearly. He was able to fix the problem which was a clog in the sewer line.

I’m bedridden disabled widow and first I appreciated the swift response to the broken water heater! Monday appointment was scheduled! I appreciated the picture of the repairman that’s comforting, second I noticed the immaculate white uniform nice touch! The gentleman were also neatly groomed. They were polite and respectful as my caregiver brought them to my room! They explained the procedures and continued on to their inspection upon the finish of that he gave me his findings! Unfortunately the warranty service didn’t cover the full amount and the additional amount was $1590. They offered financing but due to my income I wasn’t able to accept their offer! This has been a pleasant experience with a highly Professional Business with which everyone I had interaction with had the utmost respect, knowledge, kindness, and integrity and in 2025 is rarely found! You won’t be disappointed but rewarded if you choose Kahuna Comfort Plumbing !⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great experience, Joshua was able to get here right away and assess my issue. Unfortunately, we were not able to fix the faucet, since the part is no longer made. I need to get a new faucet and will certainly call them to install. And delighted to have a customer oriented plumbing company that I can call now when I need one. Also appreciate that they are happy to do small jobs.

AHS sent this company to replace the bathroom sink drain pipes. They called the next day to set up an appointment, and everything was fixed in less than a week — which is not very common when dealing with providers assigned by home insurance. Excellent customer service! The technicians were polite, well-presented, punctual, and professional. Highly recommended
