Little Appliance delivers old school service at its best!!! I had the most amazing experience ordering a speed queen washer-from sales to delivery, it was PERFECT!! Amanda (sales) helped me arrange everything over the phone & she was kind, patient & knowledgeable! I got a call to confirm my delivery date & Dave & Brian delivered to me within that timeframe! They both work for the company, so MUCH BETTER than a 3rd party delivery service. Both of these guys were AMAZING~Friendly & knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. I never felt rushed!! They were very careful & respectful of my property as well! I highly recommend this store for any appliance you may need.

I had a great experience with Dave. He not only sold me my stacked Speed Queen washer/dryer but also delivered and installed it! Him and his colleague carried this HUGE, HEAVY appliance upstairs and installed it perfectly into my laundry closet, all without damaging any walls/floors/stairs! The machine works perfectly and I love it so much. Thank you for such a great experience. You both went above and beyond.

Highly recommend. Ask for David he was courteous, knowledgeable, and explored many options with us until we found exactly what we were looking for. Upon installing the appliances (stove top, wall oven, and microwave) they ensured our floors were protected, appliances were level and everything was cleaned before leaving. Very professional and all future purchases will be with Little Appliance.

Little Appliance is small family company and amazing to work with, starting with my in store visit was perfect. It was great to buy from a small family business. The technicians were prompt and on time. The technicians were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Little Appliance.

Repairman came out as scheduled & notified me when he was on his way. My dryer would not dry anymore & he advised me of the parts needed for the repair & what it would cost. He was very knowledgeable and provided some additional information which was extremely helpful. Repairman was very professional and friendly. I would definitely call again for service on any of my appliances in the future.

We came here December 13, 2023 after our refrigerator crashed and burned. We met a dear lady named Linda Reynolds who was very patient with us..believe me this is the place to come if you want honest and fair treatment. I will pass the word to any of our friends who want a fair deal and honest prices! we know looking for a big ticket item is hard but not here!!

I had utilized Little Appliance's services previously for an issue with a built in oven, so when we started to have an issue with a built in microwave that was installed in our home by the previous owners, it was a no brainer that I would have them assist us in the matter as well. I called them and the technician came out promptly. He diagnosed the issue, explained that a new microwave was needed, took some measurements, collected the $90 fee, and explained that someone from sales would be in touch with me. After about a week of not hearing anything, I decided I would reach out to see if there was anything they may need from me. When I called, I could immediately tell they had no record of the tech coming to my house. She asked if I could hold for a moment while she did some research. A little bit later, the owner picked up and I explained everything to her. She then said that she didn't have any measurements and asked that I go home that evening, take some measurements, and call her back with them. I was flabbergasted. I explained that I didn't think that was fair. I felt as though that's sort of what I paid the tech for. She then went on to say that the tech gave the measurements to someone else, and that person was now out for surgery and she had no way of getting them. When I pushed a little more on the issue, the owner grew agitated and said in a rude manner, "I didn't mean to upset you, but I cannot help that we didn't get the measurements". I went to another local appliance store that was happy to help, and will use them moving forward.
