Jonathan is great always friendly and takes good care of our house. We need extra love to keep the earwigs out and he never disappoints.

Brandon has serviced my home for different issues that have appeared over the years. He is knowledgeable, thorough, consistent, courteous and an effective communicator.

I recently restarted my service with Palmetto after deciding not to sell my house and learned a few things 1. An exterminator is necessary to protect your home and keep those little critters away 2. I made a good choice with Palmetto. I had surgery last week but Derik showed up right on time and was very accommodating. He was very thorough and detailed in his application and I never felt he was rushing to get to the next call. And as he was leaving he offered to bring up my garbage cans from the road knowing how difficult it was for me. Nice touch Derik, I appreciate you.

Truly some of the kindest people you could ever meet. Dana, Tucker, and Troy—thank you! You’re the best. I really appreciate that you don’t just tell us what’s going on, but take the time to explain it and teach us about the pests and their life cycles.
