Jeff B. is very nice and a professional from PCA Wildlife! He and his office kept me informed by text of our appointment time. He even checked to see if he could arrive early which worked out great! Jeff B. thoroughly checked our attic, roof, and house exterior for signs of squirrel entry and took photos of his findings. The squirrels have definitely been trying to get in! Though we heard them, we couldn't see the chewing of wood and vinyl they'd been doing. Thank you, Jeff B. for being someone we can count on to protect our home from critters!

Chris came out to give me another opinion on an extremely high quote I received for a rodent exclusion. He was a top professional and after his inspection confirmed to me that the precious company was just trying to sell me. His honest and thorough explanation was music to my ears as I was already suspicious of the previous quote. It was a pleasure working with an honest company who still do things the right way

Nelson and Jonathan were great to work with. They explained everything clearly about what they were doing and what they saw. Different technician came to get rid of the trap and do a final closure into our house and we received the same excellent service as previous services. We can't say enough to even explain how great the service and professionalism that this company delivers. Don't check with anyone else, this is the wildlife removal company you need to hire!

The representative was very friendly and knowledgeable and solved our problem within minutes! Further he inspected our premises for any other needed repairs and made photos of same. Last he showed the photos of the needed repairs and explained that the company could take care of them and gave me a total amount of the cost!! First time using this service. It was an interesting and informative experience during the inspection. Everyone we dealt were very nice to work with to resolve our issue. Lane, the young man who did the installation work in the heat of the day, was fantastic, kind and courteous and gave 110% effort. He can come back anytime, should we need him again.

The guys at PCA are the best. Showed up on time, got right to work. Knocked it out in ~3 hours. Work is high quality, looks great! So looking forward to being bat free. Thanks guys! You’re the best!
