Orkin

Orkin has always provided great pest control for me. I have had their services for years. Termite check, rodent and spider/bug issues. Nick is very efficient and pleasant. Reasonable/competitive pricing.

Had a wonderful experience! Gavin was our guy and he was very friendly! Very helpful! And very respectful! We enjoyed his service and made us feel knowledgeable about what the process was going to be and answered all our questions thoroughly!!

Daniel came to our home today and was very professional and explained what he was going to do today. Very pleased how it went. He made sure we were taking care of and let us know not to hesitate to call them. Also what to expect after the treatments. Thanks Daniel!

The associate named Viviana was cheerful and very thorough when I placed my initial call. So were Anita and Angie on my follow up calls. The technician named Trevor was also very thorough when he made his visit to our home. He explained what he could do and did and what we could do to fight the carpenter ants. We were very satisfied with all the service we received today.

David Ross was fantastic. Friendly, took him time to go over everything with us. Was on time, which is something I admire, in a technician. He is a great representative for the company. Also, I talked yo Omar yo set up the appointment. He was also wonderful and let me know there was a long hold and when he couldn't access my number he informed me to call him, he answered quickly and I was off the phone within a minute.

Trevor was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the plan throughly and that was very helpful. My only concern was he sprayed the bug spray in front of most of my furniture versus behind the furniture. Maybe that’s the new way to spray , I’m not sure but I didn’t like it . Also , the brown bait that he used was literally plastered on things I use daily. I didn’t noticed until after he left and I did my walk through. Hope this is not the best practice for the usage of the bait. I was not happy after touching whatever the brown stuff was at all. Other than that, we had a successful visit . In the future, please don’t place bait on families every day items that they may use.

First time using Orkin and very pleased!!!! Daniel arrived with a warm hello and answered all my questions and concerns. He went through our home, room by room and covered all areas of concern throughly. What a pleasure having someone like Daniel taking his time, not rushing through the application as if it wasn't a big deal or he had somewhere to be. No, we mattered, and he took pride in his work and we appreciated that as well, Not sure who owns Orkin, but they need to know they have a great employee under their roof. In today's "me, me" world it's a blessing knowing there are still some folks out there who believe in putting their best foot forward no matter what. Thank you Daniel! Kind regards, Barb
