After asking friends for recomendations, I decided on Dixie. They have been prompt, courteous and more that efficient. Their tech are top notch, friendly and easy to work with. They show up on time and get the job done. What more could you ask for! Also, being a small business owner myself, i like to support other local businesses. I’ve had a great experience with Dixie exterminators. From the start , their enrollment process was quick and straightforward, making everything so easy. The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, responsive. A special shoutout to Larry, the technician who comes out to treat my home. He’s always on time, friendly and takes the time to explain what’s he is doing. And more importantly, we hadn’t had any pest issues at our home. I have used Dixie Exterminators for years and I have always been happy with the service. Here we are, the week of Thanksgiving, and my bathroom gets swarmed with ants. When I reached out to Greg, my service tech, he told me he was filling in for someone and was working two routes but he would make sure to fit me in. He came and treated early the next morning. The next day, when my guests were due to arrive, not a single ant! Thank you for the prompt and efficient service Greg!

I highly recommend Dixie Exterminators! A professional, family-run company over generations, Dixie recently expertly removed a huge wasp/hornet nest near our house. Dixie also accurately predicted how the ant problem inside my car, that is housed in the garage, would be resolved after their general pest- control treatment on the perimeter of our home, and they were correct. On top of this excellent resolution of post and wildlife problems, they offer excellent proactive costumer service: you can always quickly talk to, or communicate with, a real person. (Just today, my longstanding HVAC company has switched to having AI answer the phone with 6 questions to answer before someone will maybe call me back... ) This is NOT Dixie Exterminators way of doing business! All of Dixie's staff is local and willing to talk over the phone, by texting, or in person to solve the customer's pest and wildlife concerns promptly and professionally.

Professionalism is where it’s at when it comes to Dixie Exterminators. With my first phone call, Joe starts off explaining to me the process and I felt very comfortable as he answered all of my questions. There was even a follow up call. Very impressive. Now, let’s talk about Andrew. He was on time, put coverings on his shoes and is such a knowledgeable and likeable guy. Andrew explained the process but in more detail with what we were dealing with. I have no doubt the issue will be rectified in a timely manner and we will continue with preventative maintenance from here on out.

Dixie provided excellent customer service with reasonable prices. Andrew did a thorough inspection on my property and explained why I had the pest problems. After he treated yard, ants were gone within two days. He came back and sprayed for mosquitos and no more spiders and best of all no mosquitos. They don’t try to sell you services you don’t need. They work with my schedule. I highly recommend Dixie Pest Control. Joe Bena is also a nice guy with excellent customer service skills. Answered all my questions on setting up account and auto pay. I have no worries!
