I’ve been a loyal Swat Services customer since 2013, and for many of those years Chase O’Bannon has been the technician responsible for my termite inspections. On November 17, 2025, he once again delivered service that reminds me why I trust this company. Chase consistently goes above and beyond. He arrives with a friendly smile, takes the time to explain what he’s doing, and makes sure I understand the results of the inspection. His professionalism is matched by genuine care—he treats my home as if it were his own, ensuring every detail is checked thoroughly. What sets Chase apart is his reliability and consistency. Year after year, he shows up prepared, courteous, and eager to help. He doesn’t just complete the job; he builds confidence and peace of mind for his customers. Matt with SWAT Services (Wildlife Control division) is 1000% THE BEST!! He knows soooo much (had some great stories too!) and knew exactly what was needed to fix our squirrels problem in our attic, walls, etc. Matt will not stop or hesitate to do whatever needs to be done - he's fearless! I am so beyond grateful. He's extremely detailed and thorough, and very good at explaining everything (sometimes 2 or 3 times to me Lol). I highly recommend this company and Matt especially. We are still in the middle of the process but seems like everything is progressing as expected. Thank you!!!

Matt is very personable, he arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and the reasons why. During our follow up call, he asked if the problem still existed and was genuinely pleased that I was no long experiencing problems with squirrels in my attic. I can’t say enough good things about Derek with SWAT Service Pest Control! He is professional, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond every single time. On my last service, I saw him walking around the outside of my home with a long handled broom- He was removing all the spider webs for me. Derek takes the time to explain what he’s doing and makes sure everything is done right. He’s always prompt, respectful, and truly cares about keeping my home pest-free. It’s rare these days to find someone who takes such pride in their work. I highly recommend Derek and SWAT to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and thorough pest control service!

We have used SWAT Services for over twenty years and have been very pleased with the work done by SWAT technicians. We were about ready for a wildlife reinspection, but we had a real issue that needed to be addressed right away. I called SWAT yesterday and Matt and Julio, his assistant, were here before 10 am this morning. They were amazing! A bird had been trapped inside the wall near the fireplace; I managed to get him out of the wall through the side of the fireplace into the living room and out the front door but couldn't figure out how he got inside the wall in the first place. When I explained what had happened to Matt, he went up on the roof and Julio went into the attic. Matt identified the problem at once and explained what needed to be done to correct it. We already had wire mesh around the flue but there was a space around another part of the flue that needed additional mesh. Now I have before and after videos of our wildlife-proof chimney. Thank you, Matt, for a job very well done!
