Rocket Pest Control

Rocket Pest has taken care of our home for years and I love that they handle everything—from termites to pest control to lawn care. It gives me great peace of mind knowing I only need one company. When my price increased, I called and they immediately worked with me to keep it affordable. Their customer service team always treats me with kindness and respect. I’m very happy with them!

Don’t trust Rocket! They sent a salesman who pretended to be a pest control specialist who lied about me having bedbugs for money. Called for an inspection suspecting I had bedbugs. The man who came out, William, was super nice - "I’m state certified, nationally certified, I even got an entomology degree!" He gave me an $850 quote for my bedbugs, made it seem like such a great deal, gave me a business card, and left. Had another opinion come out today (Evans Pest Control!) and the man looked way more thoroughly, picked up bugs, and told me they weren’t bedbugs at all, but carpet beetles. William from Rocket? His business card says "Sales Professional." They sent out a charming salesman who lied about his experience and me having bedbugs. So shady!

Rocket Pest Control has done an amazing job servicing our community, Alta Porter. Shoutout to Juan for always being so patient, kind and thorough! We appreciate you!

The company was great from my 1st call in. They were able to set up a visit promptly. And they came during the exact time frame they were supposed to come! Jamey was the representative that came to my home. He was amazing and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be recommending this company to anyone that needs pest control. Thanks again !

Mari, the service tech, was AWESOME!!! Five stars for him and would give him more if I could. He was very friendly, professional and expressed care for my safety. I cannot recommend him enough. The service of the company left a bit to be desired. The appointment was set for 8-10a. No show, no call, no message, at 10:15a I called to learn that the tech was not coming and everyone had been in a meeting. The job was assigned to Mari, who called me and said he would arrive in 45 minutes. He did, took care of the problem, advised me someone else would come tomorrow to remove the nest. I am totally please with Mari and his work, not so much overall with the company and its management.

William, the salesperson representative, was awesome! He was so kind, attentive, compassionate, and knowledgeable about Pest Control. I was excited about the pest control services me and my senior mother were going to receive simply because of William's customer care. Travis and his trainee were also very polite and explained the services they were going to give. I will refer and continue to use Rocket Pest Control because of 1). Customer Service and 2). the pest services they give.

Stacy is the best Pest Control support we have ever had. He is very thorough in explaining the type of bugs in the Atlanta area. I have a lot of trees in my back yard and that comes with lots of creepy things. He is very thorough in doing his job and very polite. Thank you for putting him on my account. Thoko M
