We noticed bee activity in our ice plant and gave Marco a call. He was out the same day to check it out and identified that they were actually yellow jackets. He came back at dusk when they were less active and was able to kill the nest. We really appreciate the prompt service and also the follow up making sure they didn’t return. Called Black Ops Bee Removal to deal with a large honey bee situation in my roof of my home. Marco was very professional. His team removed the 2 bee hives that were in my roof and then put the roof back together A year later the bees came back so I quickly called Marco and he came the next day and put something in the roof and put some smoke to kill the new settlers. I'm happy with Marcos fast response when the bees came back.

Marco and Bella were incredibly professional from start to finish. Marco was great with communication and scheduling — completely reliable and easy to work with. His experience in construction was clear in how confidently and thoroughly he approached the job. Marco used a thermal camera to pinpoint the exact size and location of the massive hive, which made a huge difference in tackling the problem properly. They quickly came up with a solid plan to remove the hive hidden behind drywall, and the company sent a clear, detailed, and very fair estimate outlining every part of the work. On the day of removal, they built a sealed plastic containment area inside the house to prevent bees from escaping during the process. What really sets them apart is that they do things the right way — full hive removal, sanitation, sealing, and they even relocate the bees to a bee farm. In this case, the bees had been entering from outside the house near the fireplace, but the hive itself had to be removed from inside. My father had paid someone else previously, but the issue wasn’t fully addressed until Black Ops stepped in. Marco led the work on-site and was fantastic throughout, and Bella was great support as well — very kind and helpful. They back their work with a two-year guarantee, and I’m confident the problem is fully resolved now. Highly recommend!

We had Marco out to remove a large beehive under our shed. Before coming out he thoroughly explained the process and provided a solid estimate. He arrived promptly and did great work removing about 40,000 bees safely. He cleaned and repaired the area and sealed off the opening to hopefully deter bees from entering in the future. We had a huge beehive in the eaves of our two story home. Black Ops was referred to us by our exterminating company. We wanted to save and relocate the bees. I called the company and the phone was picked up immediately by Marco…. a rare happening these days. I was able to send a photo of the hive and quickly received an affordable quote for its removal. We spoke and arranged an appointment within two days. Marco came today, removed the bees, was very knowledgeable and professional, and left the area clean. Happily the hive will be moved to an avocado grove to so it can hopefully thrive. He also saved me a nice piece of the beautiful honeycomb! I highly recommend Black Ops.
