Glen is absolutely amazing! He always provides the best service and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain what he’s doing and share helpful information. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and truly cares about his customers. I really appreciate his consistency and the peace of mind he brings every visit. I am a commercial assistant property manager who uses Pestgon at several properties for general pest control or gopher control. This company provides really great services that actually work. John Lawton is a pleasure to work with and he is always really quick to respond and help out where needed. I would highly recommend this company!

We have been using Pestgon since 2010 and they have always always provided excellent care. Never missed one month. They did an excellent job with pest control. They Would warn us about old bird nests and offer to remove them every year. When our dogs had fleas they walked us thru the process to ensure the job would be done right the first time. In the 15 years we had them service our home they raised the cost only one time and that was this year!!! I don't know about any other people but other companies raise the price every year and don't even tell you they did it. We had the same service tech all fifteen years. If that doesn't say something good about a company I don't know what does. We highly recommend Pestgon and will leave their information for the new owners of our home so they can have excellent service from the beginning of their journey here. We will miss Bob who was always cheerful professional and kind to our dogs!

Pestgon has consistently provided outstanding service, often going above and beyond—even with last-minute requests. Our technician, Hans, is highly communicative and thorough, always keeping us informed about services performed or issues identified during his visits. David, our branch manager, is equally impressive—responsive, helpful, and quick to provide pricing and other information as needed. Overall, we truly feel well taken care of and confident that we’re in good hands with Pestgon.

Pestgon has been very responsive when we have an ant problem mid summer. Other than that, I cannot recommend this company which has changed their approach over the last several years. Our treatment plan is supposed to cover perimeter of building, walks/ entryways, common areas and "other" but our tech only sprays areas around doors and didn’t even circle the entire building on last visit, missing the entire east side of home, which does have a door. He was at home for less than three minutes including time spent getting equipment out of truck. We’ve had several conversations to date regarding need to spray entire perimeter of home, not just by doors. Spider webs are never cleared despite spiders being included in our contract.

Strange policies and business plan. I have rotting wood that they didn’t replace and they didn’t think warranted replacement. Valaria has great customer service over email communication and phone, but the technicians that arrived on site were rude, messy, unresponsive, and clearly don’t know what they are doing. Look at the video of their most recent work and tell me that is "good to go".

Alonso has been our pest control technician for over 5 years and he always has a positive attitude. We appreciate his customer service and strong communication. Good reliable help is hard to find so we definitely recommend him and represents Pestgon well.
