I paid $4600.00 as my share in an 8 unit Condominium complex, the HOA decided that several units had termites, we didn’t. At any rate, we had to tent and one year later I sold our unit and before we closed escrow, we needed a release which Hume never submitted, we had a 20 day escrow and my realtor went to Hume for the written release and Hume charged $150.00 dollars for a written report for my escrow closing. I work for a mortgage company, and needed a termite company to get me a termite inspection, and be paid through escrow. I spoke with Steve, who was extremely helpful, and just so friendly overall. He was quick and to the point, and was the only company that picked up the phone! And on top of that, his price was the lowest I've seen in years. Dan Hume went above and beyond to arrange his schedule to meet with my roofers during a repair project. He was very helpful in determining where the problems were not only with the termites, but with the roof repairs. His price was less than I expected.
