Insight Pest Control - Olympia

My first impressions of Insight Pest Control are good. They took my call on the first try and were able to fit my request in on the same day. Mike H came out to the house and was good about communication. He let me know when he was going to arrive and communicated with me about exactly what he was doing around our home. He completed the treatment and we are satisfied with the service we received. One of the things I liked about this service was that there was a full inspection and we were told that if we have any follow-up problems we will get follow-up visits without extra charge. I debated over whether to follow up with this review, but I decided to go ahead and write it. After the service technician left our home I discovered the remains of an enormous wasp nest that had been knocked down but not removed. The wasps returned almost immediately and swarmed the debris. I called Insight Pest Control and told them of my findings. They sent a technician back out, but it was 2 days later. The technician removed the debris and the wasps have not come back to that area.

We had a great experience with Insight! We discovered an ant infestation in our kitchen (either in wall or floorboards) and Insight made an appointment happen for us the very next day. Insight treated the whole house in order to prevent the ants from moving the colony to another room. The only thing we had to do was vacuum up the dead ants we could see (we used a shop vac). We have kids and cats in the house- they used hypoallergenic treatments inside that were dry within 1/2 hr and nontoxic to all bigger beings. Sprayed all our accessible floorboards, put treatment behind several outlets as well. Sprayed outside the house with a more intensive treatment also. Not only did they treat for ants but treated for mice, rats, hornets and more at the same time. John, our technician, answered our questions kindly, unhurriedly, and with a great amount of info. He was thorough but also everything was taken care of within an 1-2 hrs (and we have a large multi-bedroom house). Thank you Insight! Helps to have peace of mind that they’ll be back to check on things in 2 wks, at a 1 mo mark, and then every 3 months.

Greg and Mike and absolutely fantastic!! I appreciate their expertise and care when looking at my home!! Greg made sure everything was thoroughly inspected from the outside in! Mike was absolutely amazing and came out the same day request requested. He took care of one problem, Took time to inform me about preventative measures needed, and then he put more preventative bait boxes outside on the property. Mike was very very helpful and did it all with a really cheerful attitude! This was a fantastic experience and I will continue to use this company and recommend them to others. Thank you so much! Insight was easy to schedule with, and reached out ahead of time to remind me of the upcoming appointment. Mike did a terrific job, extremely professional and was flexible on where to start in the house as we were moving stuff around to include our fur babies. He was informative and when noticed a issue reached out immediately. Would recommend to anyone.

Greg from Insight Pest Control was outstanding. He was on time and friendly. He explained about yellow jackets and what to expect after his work. He walked around the entire house and found one more tiny wasp nest. He took out both nests quickly. Well done!

Kyle was wonderful to work with. He was super polite and easily explained everything to me with regard to what would be done. He was able to come up with a safe solution to get to a hard to reach area to battle some Yellowjacket nests that were very high up. It was wonderful to see such good customer service and care to help us out.
