We are happy he is our technician for our complex he always comes in happy with a smile with the best customer service.

Over the last 3 years I have seen Daniel onsite and handling business. Keeping the pest away and doing it while being informative and respectful. We are satisfied with the service that Eliminex and Daniel provide!

Ever since Daniel started handling our pest control, our home has been completely worry-free. He’s been taking care of us for years now, and his work is always top-notch. What stands out the most is how detail-oriented he is—he never misses a step and always takes time to explain what he’s doing. He’s also incredibly courteous and makes the whole process easy. Extremely disappointed, and concerned. We were not home at this time but an employee who was not scheduled to come to our apartment apparently made a mistake and attempted to get into our apartment for 3-4 minutes. If we were home it would be terrifying he didn’t knock or ring our doorbell just started trying to get in aggressively, did not leave a note to apologize or talk to the front office. So I called the non emergency line thinking someone was breaking in but was told by the branch manager "it was a simple mistake" I do not believe he was being malicious but if I were home I would’ve been stuck thinking someone was breaking in. He tried multiple keys and was jiggling the knob so hard I thought it was going to pop open honestly. It very sad that when I called the branch manager he said he wouldn’t be able to keep him from entering my house because it was "making a mountain out of nothing" I’m sorry to hear that in 2025 there is men who have the audacity to tell anyone it isn’t a big deal. Apparently someone wrote the wrong apartment number but he didn’t have paperwork with him or call anyone to verify just attempted to get in and left no note or explanation to a scary mistake. Please do better

We have the very best technician handling all of our pest control services from Eliminex. Tyler is, and has always been, very personable, extremely knowledgeable and professional, always on time and always responsive to questions, concerns, text messages/vm messages and respectful of our home and property. He is an outstanding resource and amazing representative, Eliminex is very fortunate to have him on their team and we’re very grateful and happy to have him caring for our home/property.
