Hawx Pest Control

Quinn was so helpful with us! He kept his pitch short but informative and believe I can't beat the price he gave us. Looking forward to some relief from these mosquitos and have a more comfortable experience for all my kids and family to play in our backyard. Thanks again Quinn!

Shoutout to Shane — always a pleasure having him come by for pest treatment! He’s consistently courteous, polite, and professional. I couldn’t make it to the door this time, but he made sure to call and let me know he was there for the regular pest maintenance. I can always count on him to leave the our front and backyard better than when he arrived. Also ensure our side garage was locked!

Sale women came to a door to sell us this pest control. We were happy that it was a little cheaper then our current one. We talked about our scorpion problems and she told us what hawx does more to get rid of those pest. We signed a contract for a year for the general pest service. Come to find out 6 months after having Hawx, the scorpions is an add on that wasn't added in our contract. We contacted hawx saying we found a scorpion in the master and advise we just had the standard pest control. We asked for a treatment spray that's included with the standards treatment but they won't be able to come out for 2 weeks! Also they don't give any heads up when they come for their quarterly spray. A text would be nice saying a technician will be in the area on this date. Fortunately their normal spray does kill scorpions. We have only found 4 in the house since they started and 2 of them were dead. It's just a bummer that our contract doesn't reflected what we discussed with the sales person because scorpions is the main issue. But just think if we had the scorpions treatment, I probably wouldn't see any.

If I could give a zero, I would. They have shady business practices, the sales person who comes to your door….do not trust! The customer service line is an absolute joke and the pest control is not effective….and that’s if they even show up….but don’t worry, they will still charge you the service fees!! Buyer beware!! DO NOT SIGN ANY AGREEMENT….the are not honest about what you are signing and read all the small detail….but also know that when the sales person comes to your door, they talk so fast (typical sales) they don’t let you read the details.

For some reason, my appointment was canceled. This is the third time this has happened to me. I spoke To Robert and told him and he called in and made sure that I was kept on his route and I got my service. I was considering canceling my service until he did this. He did a good job on the service as well. Thank you, Robert.

Micheal was friendly and communicated clearly the things we needed to know. He was quick and thorough excellent job. Timothy was great last time. It is always do great work.

Shane has been serving our home for some time now, we truly appreciate him. He is patient, very kind and very knowledgeable. Always there to answer any questions my parents have for him. Truly the BEST , we appreciate you Shane.
