From start to finish Bears was extremely professional. I found their ad on Facebook (well the ad found me really) and I filled out a form with my information and someone called me the next day. He was very kind and knowledgeable, but what impressed me the most was how thorough and detailed he was. He explained their packages and walked me through the process of how they deal with ants and spiders so thoroughly that I didn’t have any questions because he was so detailed. He even spoke to my husband to reassure him about the safety of the products they use. They use environmental friendly products that are gentle which is great especially if you have younger kids. I immediately scheduled an appointment and they were very accommodating to my request. They have 2 hour windows which is awesome and they even let me change my time frame the day before my service which was done via text and I loved that they text its more convenient for me. They sent out Christian I believe was his name. He was very polite and asked if he needed to remove his shoes before coming in. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it and he took his time and did not rush through like a previous big commercial company did before. Christian was nice and patient with my son who was very interested in what he was doing. Overall if you can’t tell already I was completely satisfied with this company and I am happy to support a small local business especially during this pandemic oh and yes he wore a mask the whole time. 5 stars all the way across and I will update once I see if the ants and spiders have decreased. Thank you Bears you guys are awesome and I have already recommended you to my neighbors and my friend.
