Finley Pest Control

We were with twin termite which has now merged with Finley! We have great, consistent service. My only frustration has been getting auto pay set up. However, everything else has been great! No extra critters running around.

I've been using their service for about a year now. I wanted to highlight how knowledgeable, respectful and professional my two technicians (Hayden and Robby) have been. They always take the time to listen to my concerns and educate me on what I'm dealing with. Very good pricing and speedy service. I've recommended them to several friends already.

Finley took over our pest control and it has been a great experience. It's not just that we don't have pest problems but rather the way they communicate and give a review of the work done and make themselves available for any questions or concerns. I got a chance to speak with Jeremy before he left our house and he was great and answered a couple of questions I had and asked if there were any areas of concern inside the house that he could help with which was an unexpected but appreciated, and the post report is great and details the work done. There are lots of companies to choose from, but I would highly recommend Finley for their customer centric approach.

I recently had the rodent exclusion service done on my property in Newcastle. I had the same service done at another property a couple years ago by a different company. I have to say that Finley Pest Control is hands down the best company for this service. The price is fair, the technicians are professional and personable, the service is exceptional.

David is simply the best and puts all his efforts to service the property to the best of his abilities. David is a professional technician that I have not met like him in his profession.
