I have a rental in Rocklin that my tenants were having a ant problem and my sister recommended this company. She said they had gotten rid of her ants, and that's all it took for me to call them. 1st of all the best thing was they would call my tenant and take care of everything, and after they were done they would call me for a payment over the phone, and then email me the receipt. Everything went as planned and my tenants don't have ants. I wish most things that go on with a rental property was that easy.

I was house sitting my sisters house while they went camping on a 3 day weekend. And within the first few hours I realized I was being attacked by fleas. I called around looking for some immediate help, but I didn't want to sign a contract on a house that I don't live in. And was lucky to find Best Pest who could come out right away for a onetime service. And not only did they take care of those fleas, but they also explained that when my sister and her family took the dogs with them, I became the dog for all those hatching fleas.. Now I know what those poor dogs have to put up with. And I am very satisfied with this company and must recommend them..

Lonnie is a very nice guy who really knows his stuff. He was prompt and quick. It took a couple times for him to completely get rid of the ants in our house however he was more than willing to extend the 30 day warranty until the job was complete. (It actually took 29 days.) We have been fighting the ants for over a year and now our house is ant free. It is AMAZING!!!

I contacted Best Price Pest Control on Saturday morning, 09/28/2013, at 9 AM. Before noon, Lonnie Price arrived at my house. My problem was WASPS. They had built a nest in the Boston Fern outside of my front door. While I was able to remove the pot along with the nest on Friday, I still had several dozen wasps flying around my front door and dining room window. Within less than an hour, Lonnie Price had sprayed my entire yard and the wasps were dissipating because they no longer could land on my porch or siding. By Saturday evening, there was only one or two flying around and by Sunday evening, I believe that I saw the last wasp fly away. Today is Monday and I have not seen one wasp! I am very happy to report that I am completely satisfied with the service that I received. I was afraid to open my front door. I was afraid the wasps would not only attack me and my family but anyone who came to my front door. Lonnie responded immediately on a Saturday morning and provided me a great service.

I normally do all my own pest control work, but I was having a really tough time getting rid of some rats in my garage. They started off chewing into the dog food bag, and when we put it into a large plastic container they chewed into that. I was having great success in trapping them, so I didn't need to pay someone to do what I could do. But I was frustrated that I was feeding them my dog food.. I called Best Price and asked them what I should do about the dog food, and they said it was as simple as using a aluminum garbage can with a lid. They said that rats can't or won't chew through aluminum.. Three weeks and 6 trapped rats, and my dogs food is still safe...Thanks to the aluminum can and the great advise.

I have used Best Price Pest Control on my rental properties, and would highly recommend them. They normally contact and schedule the service with my tenant, and also explain any preparation they might need do to. Then after the service is performed they send me the bill. They make it very easy for me, just the way I like it.

The mice had gotten into the dog food bag in the garage, and of course that meant my wife was not going to go into the garage. And the garage is where the washing machine and dryer is. And I hate to wash clothes. And my wife said she doesn't trust that I could catch all of the mice and demanded I hire a pest control Company. And that's why I'm writing this review.
