Conner G. and Ben H. did an excellent job of getting our kitchen up and running at a time when we really needed them. Friendly, attentive, great with communication. Hope you never need them, but if you do, they’re great. They identified the problem, had a fix in mind, implemented their plan and we’re back in business.

Jared Magda and Jerren Savage did a great job at removing and installing our leaking water heater, as well as replacing a faucet in our kitchen sink. Jared thoroughly explained our options (costs, other things) before scheduling the service and answered questions we had about the process with professionalism and knowledge. During the job, Jared and Jerren took great care to protect our property and cleaned up afterwards. We would recommend both again as well as 1-Tom-Plumber--John & Donna Querns

After finding out we had a leaking water heater, we were on a search for a plumber. Checking to see who was available in the Trenton area, we saw 5-star reviews for 1-Tom-Plumber. We made the call and had to schedule an after hours appointment because of a full appointment schedule. But, we received a call from the technician assigned to us, Jared, that he was running ahead of schedule and could arrive about an hour and a half early. Which was wonderful! Well, the water heater was toast and Jared was very knowledgeable about our choices. Both in the units available and the costs to install. After we chose to go with the tankless option he got right to work. He did a wonderful job. It looks showroom ready. He even swept up before he left! He earned every star in this 5-star review. We were so impressed and now we know who we are going to call, and recommend, when plumbing services are needed...1-Tom-Plumber!

Ben H. & Conner were so great! Friendly and helpful, took care of our problem, communicated great and cleaned everything up. Cleared our drain, replaced a section of pipe and installed a new clean out.

Conner was amazing unclogging our main drain line at 1030pm. Extremely nice and professional. Even discovered a clog in the shower that he took care of. Would definitely use this company again.

Jacob came out at 8 pm and diagnosed the broken pipe in my lawn and 2 hours later Ben and Max arrived with a back hoe, dug up the dirt and repaired the pipe. All three men were very professional and explained everything to me. I was also offered interest free financing which was very helpful since I was not prepared for this emergency. I highly recommend 1 TOM Plumbers!
