Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

Just had new toilets installed in our 25-yr old home by Timothy Keller with Eco Plumbing and we’re so impressed! He showed up right on time, was super friendly, did the job perfectly, and left everything cleaner than he found it. Fair price, no fuss, and everything works like a charm! If you need a plumber you can actually trust, call them! We saved a little by purchasing our toilets beforehand and had them here at the house when he arrived. (Didn’t realize they already have a brand in stock they prefer to use, but he was okay about installing what we had already purchased.) All good to go!

Justin was awesome today. Very truly the perfect combination of professionalism and competence. He’s also a completely genuine and approachable guy. I’ve had many good experiences with Eco in the past and I’m grateful for them. Justin is top-notch. This was a little stressful for us and he took care of everything. He couldn’t be more calming about the whole experience. Relieved and grateful.

The guys from ECO that came out to install our new system was phenomenal. Rock star status in my book! Super professional, love the work they did, and left zero mess behind. I couldn't be happier with our purchase! The work was completed in record time the same day! - I woke up refreshed and feeling nice and cool at home today! It's in the 90's today.... THANK YOU SO MUCH! I had ECO come out in October 2025 for our initial start up of the furnace and did an inspection. The Technicians were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous! Our ECO install over the past summer was a great investment! Thanks again!

Special shoutout to Andrew Hale for going above and beyond. Not only did we appreciate his professionalism, but the kindness of his heart. He went out of his way to share his similar situation we are going through. Words cannot describe the comfort this gave us. He is very knowledgeable about his trade and walked my husband through everything with our new AC. Thank you Andrew! He deserves a nice raise. Will recommend to everyone we know.

Adam took a lot of time on multiple occasions to ensure I was educated. I asked a LOT of questions about several products and services I was purchasing all at once and he never showed a trace of frustration with me. Adam also worked diligently to pull every possible incentive and discount from each manufacturer together to help me be able to afford the best package I could put into my beloved home. I purchased a top notch varaible speed furnace, humidifier, AC unit, takless water heater, and water conditioning system all at once. I was diligent in researching and at times was overwhwlemed with data. Adam gave me lots of time and was not in the least pushy with selling me anything. He let me get unfatigued and buy at my own pace. I'd like to add that as I chatted with Adam, it was also important for me to learn more about ECO. I wanted to support a local business andI feel good about my decision to go with this one. I learned that owner Aaron has invested in his employees' professional and personal growth. I think he sets his company apart with the people he is growing. Adam was super knowlegable about the products and layout / installation of each system, as well as sharing great info about other issues like EPA info about the environment. We had indepth discussions about Delaware County water conditions, for example. Adam clearly enjoys his career with Eco and was a pleasure to work with!

Devonte James was our plumber/technician and did a fantastic job. He navigated our busy house (cats/Dogs/disabilities-elderly), with care and consideration. Took a look at the job and gave varying estimates. Worked around my need for my niece to be the go between since I am in a wheelchair and have to rely on information and pictures sent to me. Devonte was very thorough, he gave all the options and made my hall bathroom Look & function very well. I would definitely recommend him and his company to anyone looking for quality work with compassion and care for your home.

I had some toilet issues were leaking was really bad. I called and made an appointment with ECO.They kept me updated as I went out through the day told me exactly when they’re gonna be here and Alex arrived and he was exactly on time. He explained everything what he was going to do and how he did it absolutely wonderful. He was so professional and very kind. The price was very reasonable considering what he had to do. He fixed it. He left everything nice and neat just as he found it and he wore boots over his shoes which I appreciate more than anything because I have hardwood floors. I really appreciate when a company does that and I really appreciate how professional Eco was. You can’t go wrong if you need any of their services. Than you Alex
