I was very pleased with results of the major repair that was accomplished in my home. Korrect Plumbing found the leak in my kitchen drain pipe that went to the main drain. I had plumbers working in my kitchen for 3 days to jack hammer the slab in my home to access the corroded cast iron pipe that is 70 years old. The men that were assigned to the work were very knowledgeable, along with being very polite and professional. They also kept the work area very clean which I greatly appreciated. Professional, dependable, and truly proud of the work they do. It’s hard to summarize how great my experience was. I’m remodeling my basement and needed extensive underground plumbing work to replace and relocate pipes. I also needed the old water and gas lines replaced and moved throughout the basement to fit the new design, along with several other plumbing upgrades while everything was opened up. Brandt, the estimator I worked with before the project began, was great—easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable. He made me feel confident that the team would do quality work. I couldn’t be more grateful that Andrew was assigned as the installer for my project. He arrived on time every day, kept me informed, and walked me through the progress at the end of each day. It’s rare to see someone take such genuine pride in their craftsmanship these days. The work turned out great—so much so that I actually enjoy just looking at it. The next major project will be new HVAC. Korrect will definately get the call.

First time Korrect customer and I have to say they knocked it out of the park. Very impressed with the entire operation. 1) Incredibly responsive and well organized. 2) Took the time to explain pricing structure, bill rates and how they bill. What a fantastic company! We had clogged drains. I called this morning at 7:30 am. It is 9:15 am and it has been fixed by a wonderful young man named Zach. Patrick did it again! In the past, he has replaced a leaking outdoor faucet, laundry room plumbing preparation, new bathroom shower fixture install, and saved our water heater! This visit he was able to salvage our sixty year toilet that we wanted to keep!! We love Patrick and we love Korrect plumbing.

Korrect installed a new furnace and a two head mini split recently for me. Install crew, Dustin, Connor and Eli did a great job. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Besides the equipment being installed correctly the made it look clean and neat especially the outside of the house for the mini split lines. Had a service call in as this is my first mini split and I thought I was hearing something. Zach came out and checked in everything and explained what I was hearing. Mini split has been running great in cool and heat mode! Install for the furnace was done when it was still stupid hot outside for fall weather so I just recently turned the heat on. Furnace needed a little adjusting for air flow. Dustin and Nathan came out and dialed things in. They were professional and explained what changes were made. I’ve had korrect out for a blocked drain and my sump pump failing. The sump pump failed durning the spring flooding and they responded after hours within 45 mins of my call. Korrect’s customer service has been amazing! And their technicians do a great job. After trying other plumbing and HVAC company’s I’ve found one I’ll be sticking with. Thanks Korrect!

I recently had a major plumbing emergency with my main drain backing up, and it was quickly turning into a nightmare. I called Korrect, and they sent out Gary, hands down one of the best technicians I’ve ever worked with. Gary worked efficiently and came fully prepared with all the right equipment. He cleared the main drain, tested everything multiple times, and made sure the system was flowing the way it should before packing up. What I really appreciated was how detailed he was he didn’t rush, he didn’t cut corners, and he made sure I understood how to help prevent the issue in the future. I can’t say enough good things about Gary and the team at Korrect. If you’re dealing with a plumbing problem, especially something serious like a main drain backup, don’t hesitate to call them.
