Had my water heater replaced yesterday, and Noah Underwood did a flawless job! Fast service, fair price, and excellent work. Definitely a 5-star experience.

I called Hornback at 9:40 and Dalton Johnson showed up within hours. He cleared our clogged sink drain while Entertaining my curious questions while providing advice for future maintenance. Dalton was careful not to damage our home, cleaned up any mess made and ensured everything was sealed up and not leaking before he left. Happy with service and care he provided.

Seth was very thoughtful and kind. He was very respectful and professional. Seth explained what he was checking and made sure all parts were working properly. If I have anymore questions or issues he will be the one I’d request to service my furnace.

Stephen, the Hornback technician came out right on time and walked me through everything he was doing. He even showed me the video of the blockage in my pipes! Stephen was very thorough and even spotted something with my water heater that could be issue in the future. I even received a follow up from Hornback which I really appreciated. Stephen did a wonderful job with installing new lines in our main water shut off. He came out around 9:30 PM and was done around 2AM.. lots of hiccups along the way, but overall did an amazing job!

Amazingly we received same day service right before Thanksgiving. Worker showed up on planned time and did excellent work. Very helpful attitude and explained everything that he did. Plumber fixed 3 different leaks and 2 other issues for free!

My in-laws had an emergency with their plumbing backing up. Hornback Plumbing was able to get to their home within an hour and a half. After they helped my in-laws, I had them hook up my new sink to the drain line. Sam Southward was very professional on both jobs and their rates were very affordable. I highly recommend.
