I had sewer blockage. Roots came through the clay pipe from my cleanout at the edge of the street up to my foundation. I have a basement and it was quite deep (approx 9'). Ireceived fast, friendly and professional service throughout the two days process. Quite frankly, I'm a happy and satisfied customer. Thank you Tom Drexler plumbing services. My technician Adam K. was knowledgeable and professional.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The first time they came out in 10/9 to service and check the unit as mold started to grow on the coils. The tech sold me on a $1000 uv light and a service plan for a year. Given the fact that hvac is not my strong suit I fell for it. My hvac was scheduled for a check on 10/22. Fast Forward to 10/22 the tech Crosby came mid day. He serviced the handler and outside unit. He left and around 530 I checked the air handler closet and the uv light was not on and my unit had lost power. All breakers were on and not one tripped. I called the place and was scheduled by David to have Crosby come out to recheck his work. At 6:23 I get a text saying my appt has been cancelled. I called back as I was texting the hunger I had not cancelled anything. They tell me the tech "called and left a voicemail". I have my phone calls records, not a single call came through. A second tech Chris was scheduled at 6:26pm and at 8:30pm I call to check a time window for the tech, only to be informed that the tech had left me a voicemail at 7pm. Not a single call came through. This morning 10/23 I receive a call and I can hear the person breathing on their end but will not speak when I say hello or call back. I called the company again and was told the tech was on their way if someone would be home. She then proceeded to tell me that the tech wanted to talk about the issue to be solved over the phone. Here we are waiting yet again, second day I have to call out and not be paid for a mistake on their part and no interest in correcting it. Needless to say this will not happen again as I’m canceling the plan and all this "membership" they do not stand behind along with techs that flat out lie instead of doing the job they get paid to do correctly from the get go. This company will not be recommended by me or used in any future project my company has.

Our A/C unit went out suddenly so we called Etown Tom Drexler. Tom Drexler provided us with same-day service, and their technician Jesse Crume came out to our house and quickly assessed the outdoor AC unit and our HVAC inside. He found a blown fuse with the HVAC panel and diagnosed a broken and melted contactor within our AC fan outside. He was extremely kind and professional, explaining each item and their purpose, then gave us a quote for the contactor replacement part on-site. After install, he confirmed airflow through our vents before closing the job. He was respectful of our property and efficient in his work. We highly recommend Tom Drexler, and will continue to recommend them and their technicians!

This company demonstrated a clear lack of regard for its customers. They failed to arrive at my home as scheduled despite assuring me they would come that day, and when I inquired about the issue, the response I received was unprofessionally rude. Quality customer service is essential, yet it’s evident that this company does not prioritize its customers.
