We really enjoy when Leo Kob comes out. Their techs are always so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. We had John and another tech(didn’t catch his name) do our heat check and they also got our fireplace running which hasn’t happened since we moved into our home. They were great! At the end we were informed of the yearly maintenance deal which was a great surprise and we took advantage of that too. Thanks again!

We recently had two services performed by the Leo Kob Co. Eric was friendly, informative and a professional in every sense of the word. He fixed our radiant heat issue in an efficient manner and I would highly recommend him. Mike H. serviced our gas boiler and he also gets our recommendation. Very rarely am I not only pleased with a service, but genuinely happy about it. Jon B. did a fantastic job today. He was not only truly professional, but knew what he was doing and explained what he was doing through the process. The price? Perfectly fair for the amount of work/time that was put in for the job. My hot water heater was replaced by Leo Kob technician Eric Thomas, it was scheduled with one call to one of the nicest employees Alyssa at 7:30 a.m. who was so polite, so pleasant. Eric worked till done noon till four and his professionalism and great work was the highest quality. Thank you so much for the hot water and quality service with a smile.

I called at 7 AM about a small leak in the hot water heater and a technician was there within a few hours to replace it. They do an excellent job and I have used them before I highly recommend this company. Mike Foley, the licensed plumber that came was very courteous, cleaned up after himself, and did an excellent job. Pricing was fair and honest. We just recently had an electrical issue. I called Jeff and he sent Mike out within a few hours to diagnose the problem. That is excellent customer service. This company is very professional and goes the extra mile to make sure customers are taken care of promptly and professionally. It doesn’t get any better than that folks!

Hi John was very professional and thorough was here for over an hour to clean both my blower and the AC condensate lines. We appreciate how clean he made the blower and we will be ready to sign up next year for the membership unless we decide we need it sooner for electrical and plumbing.
