Esteban came to the appointment on time, assessed the problem with the toilet bowl tank, and quickly received approval to replace the toilet. He came back with a model that makes the bathroom look a little nicer, and was very quick and efficient in replacing the old with the new. I’m very satisfied with the service I received today.

In and out, bing bam boom. Esteban did a great job fixing the issues. Would recommend his service. There were some scheduling issues at the onset, but I would recommend this company.

Esteban of Premium Roto Plumbing Services just left our home and he was awesome. I love how the company communicated his arrival so well. Took all the guess work out of it. Upon arrival, Esteban was very cordial, put shoe protectors on, listened while I explained what was going on and then immediately got to work. Excellent interaction all the way around. I would definitely recommend PRPS for your plumbing needs.

This company and its customer service are absolutely awful. Every time American Home Shield dispatches them, I know I’m going to have a problem. They continuously send out inexperienced plumbers who seem untrained and unable to properly diagnose or fix the issue. In my most recent experience, the plumber came out for a cracked bathtub. Instead of addressing the problem, he made unnecessary adjustments to the toilet and then cut a massive hole in my garage ceiling while "searching for a leak"—even though the issue had already been clearly identified as the crack in the tub. He caused additional structural damage to my property, left without completing the repair, and never followed up. To make matters worse, I later discovered that the work order was somehow modified to reflect cancellations I did not authorize. This kind of mismanagement is completely unacceptable and feels deceptive. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and communication from this company is beyond frustrating. Vendors working under a home warranty should provide quality workmanship and respect the customer’s property. Premier Plumbing has failed on all fronts. I strongly advise others to avoid this company if possible.

Ditto with the other one star reviews. They treat you poorly if you are an AHS warranty user. They installed a water heater, a few days later Rain water was pouring through and around the Roof Vent. Called to have this repaired, they sent a technician out, I was asking him questions about the repairs to ensure it would not leak again, the technician got smart with me and started arguing. I told him I was asking because I was not a roofer or a plumber and wanted to be sure it was being done correctly. We went back upstairs to look at the water heater and I asked him if the vent pipe was supposed to be straight up and down or was it ok being curved? The technician did not respond to me. So I asked him again and he told me he wasn’t going to argue with me. I told him I wasn’t arguing and if he could answer the question. He then said that’s it. I am leaving and I am not going to complete the repairs needed. He told me to call AHS to send someone else out. Called AHS they told me the contracted company is required to fix their mistakes. Called Premium Rooter and the Manager told me they were not coming back because I was rude. Turns out the vent pipe was pushed way too far out and another section added on, they never sealed the pipe, never moved the seal back into. place and now I have a Not Painted pipe sticking out of my roof and leaking rain water into my attic

Esteban is probably the most skilled and by far friendliest plumber I’ve ever worked with. He was knowledgeable from the get go. Once I explained what was happening, he used his experience and narrowed the problem down to a science. After replacing the parts, turns out that he was 100% correct. This is the type of service technician everyone should hope for. Thank you Esteban!!

Esteban with Premium Rooter Plumbing Services came and checked out our garbage disposal that stopped working. He assessed that we needed a new one and returned within the hour to replace it. He was very efficient and very courteous and we had a new garbage disposal installed in no time. Thanks!
