Joseph Maya did an amazing job. He was professional and knew his stuff. I felt confident that he would do the job and do it well and he did not disappoint. We purchased a new double oven and did not know how to connect it and he came in and did an amazing job and took all of our worries away. The pictures show the before and after. This is the day before Thanksgiving so we are grateful that I can cook dinner in our new double oven. I would recommend Joseph again and again!

We had a collapsed sewer line and needed it fixed ASAP and AB May delivered! They were so polite, understanding and the crew that was at our house was nothing less than stellar! They fit it in way sooner than we imagined as well and gave us a good rate. Shout out to Cameron, Marcus, and Cody! They deserve a raise! They did an excellent job of answering all of our questions and made sure we knew what they were doing and why. Thank you all again for helping us. We truly appreciate it!

Avoid having Derrick take care of any of your plumbing needs. He will take advantage of you if you aren't sure of what the problem is. Our dishwasher drain tube, which runs from the dishwasher to the garbage disposal, had a crack at the top of it that was leaking water. So we set up an appointment to have a plumber come and take a look at it and hopefully replace the entire tube. I had to work, so my girlfriend waited for the plumber to show up. Derrick was the plumber that showed up. He took a look at it and decided that the best route to take was to cut the end off of the drain tube and install a connector piece that costs $5.23 from Home Depot to re-attach it to the garbage disposal. But for some reason, he couldn't get the drain tube on the connector, so he cut and put a piece of copper pipe inside the connector?? Then, he tightened down all of the hose clamps as tight as he could. Needless to say, there was still a leak after he left... For that "work," he charged my girlfriend $474!? $474 for 15 minutes of work and a part that costs less than $6, and it still leaked... Even if he had fixed the problem, that is a RIDICULOUS amount of money to charge for that amount of "work" and parts. I am very unhappy with the work that Derrick did, and even more unhappy with the feeling of someone taking advantage of my girlfriend. (The images below are in order from the time of the crack, to after Derrick worked on it, to when i got home from work and had to fix it myself. The video was taken right after Derrick had left, and the final image shows the copper pipe that i removed from inside the connector piece and the extra hose clamp that was not needed.)

Ed changed the turntable motor for my microwave.Ed was great at explaining everything that needed to be done. Very fast and productive. Kept everything nice and clean. Cleaned up his mess before he left our house.

My dad had service from AB May before so we called them out since the furnace was out on the coldest day this winter. The service rep was very professional and clean. He showed my dad exactly where the problem was. He went through several options and explained them very well. Honestly they were all pricey but we went with the deluxe plan. They were able to get us financed and get us on schedule for new system the next day. They got to our house on time. They installed everything they said they would, very neatly and left our home clean even though they worked in the snow. At the end, they went over all the work they did, how to maintain and turn things off and on, and operate the new thermostat. I would recommend them even if they are kind of pricey.

Outstanding service from Bret at AB May Plumbing! Bret came out to fix our sink and did an amazing job from start to finish. He was on time, professional, and explained everything clearly before getting to work. You could tell he really knew what he was doing — he diagnosed the issue quickly and had it fixed in no time. He was also super friendly and made sure everything was cleaned up perfectly afterward. It’s rare to get this level of care and professionalism these days. We’ll definitely be calling AB May again and asking for Bret by name!

We have been having wonderful service from AB May since they replaced our furnace and AC in 2020. They come every year to run maintenance on the units and are always courteous and knowledgeable. Chris just finished maintenance for us for this year. He ended up replacing a clogged piece of the humidifier that was preventing it from working. I was so impressed with his work and his character that I decided to leave this review
