Hamilton Plumbing, Heating, A/C & Rooter

We have a five day old baby and the heat went out on our main floor during the recent snow. They came out the look at my furnace, fixing the original problem, but created another problem. Called to let them know the tech didn’t and they attempted to charge me for another service. Left without fixing the problem and took no responsibility for the problem they caused.

Wow, I am impressed. I called last evening about 5pm to get a bid from Hamilton hvac and the gal that answered the phone said how about tonight at 6pm. I was stunned. The sales person Angel came out and was very professional and explained what needed to happen. He gave me 3 different choices in condensers and showed me everything they would do. I signed a contract, he made a phone call to get me discounts and said, how about tomorrow? I couldn't believe it. Today the 9th of April, the team who also was very professional and punctual got right after it. 3 1/2 hours later everything was complete and looking great. Everyone from the company was kind and professional. If you are on the fence and not sure who to use, we'll here you have it. Read their reviews. Thank you Hamilton Hvac and plumbing.

Do not recommend. Do not recommend. Do not recommend. Choose anyone else First- it’s Friday morning when my kitchen sink stopped draining completely. I called around to get our kitchen sink to drain properly. I got quotes and items from a few other local companies. When I called Hamilton I mentioned what we’d been quoted from other companies and she said, "oh we only charge $80 for a drain cleaning" and they were available from 10-2 I waited through the time period they said they’d come to get a call at 1:16. They said they wanted to make sure I wanted someone to come out because they misquoted the price- it’s actually over $200. They wouldn’t honor the price they quoted me. So I could have had another company come out prior to this(who had better prices than $200), but now it’s 1:30 on a Friday afternoon. If they quoted it wrong, they should honor the price not upcharge over $100 more. Or just leave someone with no time to find a replacement company. Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. Honestly will be telling anyone who needs any service to choose any other company.

Juan was very thorough in all of the checks on our 25 year old system. He pointed out several areas of concern and explained why these areas should be watched. Very helpful on making the decision to repair or replace. Will recommend Hamilton when have the opportunity. Jaun is a great guy, very friendly and knowledgeable.

I am "pleased" again to recommend Hamilton Plumbing/Heating and AC as a "Top" company to do business! Their scheduling process is easy, great f/u and always on time. Connor checked my HVAC today and it was the "most" detailed I have ever had in my twenty four years of living in Overland Park. He discussed his 24 points check list, took all panels off unit and cleaned all the dust and debris off , tested each component. We discussed the results and I am most pleased with his work!

Just wanted to give a shout out to ANDREW who came out late this afternoon for routine maintenance on our tankless water heater (installed by Roger the Plumber a year ago). Andrew tweaked a couple of other things for us while he was here; plus put in A LOT OF OVERTIME on one particular issue (the pipe farthest from the unit). We were SO IMPRESSED that he did not rush off at five o'clock. Thank you, Andrew, for going the distance and for your INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This has consistently been our experience with Roger the Plumber for plumbing and AC: 10 out of 10!

Tech was kind and professional. however, I paid for a cleaning but didn't appear that they cleaned housing (dead insects still in housing), did not use compressedair or electronic vac to clean wiring or circuits and according to new Tech from competitor firm I had out today for bent gas control valve pins he said it was dirty and they didn't clean flame sensor either. Roger's did say squirrel fanneeded deep cleaning which they could do for addl 368$.
