I work for a builder, we order quite a bit of our material from here. Call me old school, but customer service is key. When someone walks in the door, greet that person, and if your busy it takes two moments to say, "thank you for coming in today, I am in the middle of something and will be right with you." I guess I was taught differently! It’s pretty disappointing, to continue to run into this every time you go to pick up something that you purchased. #customerservice101

I was greatly disappointed with my experience at your showroom today. I was not even greeted or acknowledged by any of your 3 employees in the store. Even Lowes does a better job than that. Good old fashioned customer service never goes out of style. Did I want to be followed around by an employee, of course not! I just wanted to be greeted as a potential customer and a human being. Why would one want to spend money with your business when one is not even given common courtesy?

The staff at Brock McVey has been great to work with for our plumbing, lighting and cabinetry needs. We often send our clients to their showroom and receive pricing and selections back in a timely manner. They have a knowledgeable and helpful staff, and work hard to ensure we are well taken care of.

My wife and I visited the fixtures showroom today and were very impressed. We got great ideas for our bathroom renovation. We were helped by Tom who was very polite, extremely helpful and not at all pushy. To cap it off, he quoted us a price on a bath and bath surround which was WAY below anything we found online. Plus there would be no shipping costs! I strongly recommend giving Brock-McVey a visit. Update: when we finally got around to installing the surround, we found it had a cosmetic flaw. I took it back to Tom, he called the manufacturer and they promptly shipped another surround at no charge.

My husband and I are building a home and wanted to buy tubs, faucets etc for our home. First visit wasn't bad so decided to order tubs. I have received EIGHT broken or scratched tubs. My special order tub hasn't arrived yet so I'm desperately hoping it isn't broken when it comes. The few times we have been back in the store staff have unhelpful and made us feel we were bothering them by trying to do business with them. It's ridiculous. I will never do business here again for anything. Go to Fergoson, go to Louisville, go to Cincinnati...don't go here.

Slow, rude. Not a friendly face in the building that I saw. Waited almost an hour for our material then was left sitting on the dock thinking more was coming only to have to go in and ask only to be told they didn’t get it.

Tried to contact the driver my salesman gave me and they are no help. Save your time, money and energy and go somewhere else that will care about your business and products you purchase.
