Resolved our shower drain issue in under 1 hour. The apartment building couldn’t figure it out for 4 months. AC Klem clearly explained why it happened and gave us ways to proactively prevent it from happening again. Highly recommend
Usually the material orders are wrong costing the building more money because plumbers would have to wait around to actually do some really work while still charging the building smh . Beware of Ralph
I must admit I was nervous about hiring these folk based on previous reviews, but our building management recommended them so I went along with the hire. They came on time, replaced the toilet wax ring quickly and there were no surprises when the invoice came. I’d hire them again.
Our building uses them and they came to fix a shower but never fixed it. Our building billed us thousands for the work. The shower was never fixed. Stay far away from this company.
There’s truth re: kickbacks and way overpriced rates. These hourly rates suggest jr lawyers at big law should quit and start working to unclog toilets around nyc…
Be mindful that if you get first appt if day you will be charged 1+ hours "travel time" (nice way to pad biill). Plumber i got took a lunch hour (on the clock) and had to "go to the truck to get a part" on more than one occassion thereby lengthening the job (on the clock). My recommendation: use someone else
WE HAVE USED AC KLEM FOR ALL OF OUR MAJOR PROJECT FOR 15YEARS+ WE HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH ANY OF THEIR WORK. THEY ARE THE BEST IN THE INDUSTRY. THE OWNERS ARE ACTIVELY INVOLVED WITH ONGOING PROJECTS. THANK YOU MIKE AND DAVE.
