Rob came over on two separate occasions to provide his plumbing services. Rob is courteous, timely, and honest. Unfortunately, I had to reduce this rating from 5 stars as the shower shut off valves that was replaced failed in 3 months in which the hot water valve would not fully shut off, leaving it running. We had to shut off the master hot water valve for our floor every time we were done using the shower. Our landlord's assistant contracted Whoosh Pipe and Drain Company which corrected the issue with name brand parts and said the previous plumber used cheaply made parts which is why it failed so quickly.

Extremely pleased with the services provided by Astoria Plumbers! We had a very old pipe that was leaking inside the wall and needed to be replaced; a challenging task, but Rob came quickly and saved the day. Rob is clearly a very experienced and knowledgeable plumber. He responded quickly to our request and did not leave until the problem was fixed. It is rare to find such a hard-working and diligent individual. No mess left behind and very reasonable pricing. Thank you, Rob!

I live in Long Island City, we had a leak in our toilet and needed help. Our building recommended some, but when I called, they were either rude or unavailable. I reached out to this company, Rob came to see us in 30 minutes, and the issue was resolved immediately. He actually walked me through what was wrong and what the future concerns could be, bc of the building structure - along with how to minimize further issues moving forward. Rob is a great plumber. My water heater was leaking water, I called Rob and he came the same day to look at it. Rob gave me different options and explained everything. He came the next day and installed a new water heater. Thank you Rob.

Waited a little while for this plumber but it was worth it.Took his time and did a good job.Replaced pipes from his own stock.His price was extraordinarily affordable. Get this guy for your work. He is great at it and is very pleasant.
