I had an emergency DIY repair underneath my sink this morning and I couldn't get it to stop leaking. I found this company on Google they came right out within an hour or so fix the issue and also replaced another valve I was intending to work on and did it at a real decent rate! Now I have them on the schedule to come back Monday to replace my main water line valve inside my house! I was definitely pleased with my first experience with this company! I wish I knew the guy's name they told me he was the general manager that did the job! He deserves a raise ! I had a clogged drain and Plumbing Masters was my first call. Immediately from the first call I was in good hands, Jasmine was so sweet and understanding. I got scheduled and had Chiconas out quickly. Not only were Malcom and Troy professional, they were courteous! They had me taken care of and even cleaned up after themselves. It’s hard to find an honest reliable company but this place hits the mark. Thanks Plumbing masters for doing quality work!

I'm really not sure what to think. I contacted plbing master's when the plber I've been using for years closed down. I explained the exact issue I was having when I made the appointment as well as to the two young men who came out (the dishwasher drain line) . They completely disregarded me and decided the problem was my new garbage disposal. I don't even have a new garbage disposal. They also loudly cussed when they saw my plumbing. I'm not any sort of prude but it was really off putting. I don't find it offensive but I certainly question your judgements and intelligence. They also basically told me they were guessing at what could fix it and seemed very unsure of themselves. However, they did finally fix the issue I needed addressed. I wouldn't call them again, at all, and I've already told someone who asked my experience to avoid them. You can see from the manager's response where their "techs" get their attitudes.

Last week, my shower suddenly sprung a leak that started seeping through the wall into the next room—total panic moment. I called Plumbing Masters, and they had a technician out within 24 hours. They quickly pinpointed the issue—a cracked pipe—and resolved everything that SAME day! From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. And their prices were really reasonable! They didn’t just patch things up—they took the time to do it right and prevent any further damage. I also really appreciated the detailed report with photos they sent afterward, along with a warranty on their work. Top-tier service like this is hard to find. I HIGHLY recommend Plumbing Masters and will be using them for any plumbing needs going forward. They’ve definitely earned my trust!

I used plumbing masters recently. About a week later I noticed I had items missing from one of the bedrooms they had access to. Since no one other than my wife had been in the room I called the company and spoke with the owner. He didn't believe his guys would steal. However he said if I would file a police report and ask them to interview one of the crew members he would refund the service call fee of $416 for the approx. 20 minutes they were there. I contacted the police and ask them to interview the crew member. I called the owner back and gave him the information. He said he had changed his mind and wasn't going to refund the service fee. He went on to say I would get my $416 back when he was wearing a toe tag! I told him obviously your word is no good and hung up the phone. Bottom line I have items missing, have been lied to, and treated very unprofessionally. Customers deserve to be treated better t I used plumbing masters recently. Your post contains more vile and disinformation than your first post. An example is the last thing you wrote was good luck on your next insurance scam. The problem with that is I didn't file a insurance claim. You made up this lie to try to discredit your customer. You also threatened me. What kind of company does that? What customer wants to deal with a company like this.

Steve and Damon were absolutely exceptional! Got here faster than expected, and got to work immediately. They worked with me on pricing to stay in my budget, and took care to nail down all the details, so I had no worry or aftercare. 10/10 Definitely Recommend!!

Our toilet was leaking, and Jesse and his crew showed up so fast! They were super polite, worked efficiently, explained in common terms what they needed to do. I appreciate them so much, and will call them again for sure!
