Precision Garage Door of San Jose

The service with Precision Garage Repair was top tier. From order date to delivery date was a pretty quick turnaround. I was informed of every thing needed to be done. Plenty of texts explaining the process of arrival of and whom the technician would be. Oh and the technician was very knowledgeable, measured twice to cut once type of personality. And the warranty was an added perk to the service. Will be back for many more years to come with Precision Garage Repair. Great craftsmanship, beautiful matched to the color we wanted and sealed with Precision ( pun intended) Thank you for the great work ..

Paul Brinkman and his associate Sokie are amazing! My garage door could not closed as it is a 29 years old door and fixtures. Paul recommended and gave me 3 choices of quotes, and I picked the 3 one to replace al the fixtures except the door which needs to be the same as the community. Paul and Sokie did an amazing job and gave me the newest technology of garage button on the outside, and inside, and help me program my car and gave me 2 keys already programed, and taught me all the new tech stuff. It even has a sensor when I go down to my garage the lights come on automatically. It is amazing compared to my old one. You also got the button key on the outside of the garage and Paul taught me how to change it too. Very thorough explanation. Paul really knew his stuff very well and did all the fixtures and part replacement UNDER 3 hours ish… very good service. I HIGHLY recommend him and Precision Garage Doors. Paul and Sokie and the GUYS! They got your back. I feel very validated with them and trust them very much! Good people!

My garage door is really nice! The workmanship of the garage itself, the sales support and the install team all top notch. I will say it took awhile to get but the wait was worth it! I’m super happy with the look and functionality. Many thanks to the whole team

I cannot express how satisfied I am with the professionalism and expertise Paul Brinkman showed me. I called them at 3:41pm and within an hour he was at my house, diagnosed the issue with my garage and by 8pm all the issues were fixed. The garage door was balanced with new components and the new motor (I installed) was no longer struggling to lift the door. He also went above and beyond by disposing my old garage opener motor and rail system even though he didn’t have to. THAT is a testament of his commitment to customer service and I would HIGHLY recommend Paul to anyone I know who needs garage door services.

Outstanding Service from Precision Garage Doors and Manny! From start to finish, the experience with Precision Garage Doors was excellent. Manny arrived right on time, was professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through every issue he found, explained what caused it, and even pointed out a few things to keep an eye on in the future. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. I truly appreciated how transparent Manny was—he never tried to oversell anything, and I felt completely confident in his recommendations. It’s rare to find that level of trust and care in a service visit these days. Highly recommend Precision Garage Doors and Manny for anyone needing garage door repair or maintenance done right!

I am very much pleased with the level of service and professionalism I received with Precision Garage Door of San Jose. The sales agent Mike was quick and responsive and pitched a quality project with lots of options. Garage door was manufactured custom and looks high-end. You get what you pay for. The folks who answer the phones are very responsive and take good care of their customers and have very competitive pricing. They truly wanna make their customers satisfied and go out of their way to do so. The installer Armando showed up exactly on time and was really good at communicating through text message the when he would arrive. He did a very clean job and took much pride in his work. He walked me through afterwards and showed me how to open and close the door and customize features like the app for the iPhone. There were a couple small imperfections on the door, but those are being taken care of with great attention. As soon as the installer left, two of my neighbors came over to inquire about the garage door and who did it. I recommended that they reach out to precision when they get theirs upgraded. overall, it was a very good experience and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door

I got three bids for a new garage door and the salesman Kip explained everything very thoroughly. I was impressed on some of the things he told me about a new garage doors compared to the other companies! The employee that came out to change out the old door and replace with a new garage door where’s Gabriel, he was very professional. He knocked it out by himself in about 2 1/2 hours very impressive! Very happy with my new garage door! Awesome company!
