We had a wonderful experience with Property Solutions. They worked efficiently to mitigate the water damage we had in our attic, saving us and our insurance company money. All employees we interacted with were friendly and considerate of our home and our needs. They cleaned up after their work very well. The repairs they completed are flawless. We were consistently updated in a timely manner throughout the process. Responses to our questions were prompt, and they were flexible in scheduling the days to work on our house. I appreciate the effort they put into their work and their relationships with their customers. We will absolutely use Property Solutions again!

After noticing several things wrong with our newly purchased home, Property Solutions was extremely quick to respond and inspect our home. Throughout our difficult process working with our insurance company (nearly 5 months before getting our multiple claims approved), the team advocated for us and worked hard to pursue communication with our insurance company. Once the work began on our home the team was thorough and did excellent work. Thank you to the entire Property Solutions team! We appreciate all of your help getting our home healthy, safe + fixed!

Our house flooded two days ago. The frost proof hose faucet somehow retained water, which froze and burst the water pipe inside the wall. There was standing water in the kitchen, master bedroom, and bedroom closet in about five minutes. It was under the walls, cabinets, and under the new flooring. We called Property Solutions at about 6:30 am. They were at the house by 7:00, assessing how far the water had traveled, stopping it before it could travel farther, extracting the standing water and (sadly) taking out the damaged flooring and cabinets. It was a hectic, stressful situation for us… They were calm, strategic and professional as they went about setting up dehumidifiers, drying fans and an air scrubber. Part of the drywall had to be cut away to access the broken pipe and to remove the wet insulation. They brought a trailer and hauled away all the wet flooring, underlayment and wet fiberglass. The huge mess was gone in just a few hours.  Drying equipment ran for a couple days. Tracy and Chelsey came out themselves to meet with the insurance adjuster, which was wonderful. They outlined the plan for rebuilding, and that’s what we’ll have them do. Can’t wait to have our house back. - Thank you Shannon, Anthony, Brian, Chelsey and Tracy!

This team did such an amazing job on repairing water damage caused in our home from a faulty home humidifier as well as additional jobs from kitchen island work to flooring. They do it all! The owners to the workers were all super friendly and a pleasure to work with. I wish we could use you guys when we move to our new home in Orlando, FL. You will truly be missed. Thanks again.

They were awesome! I had a leak and they came within hours and fit me in their busy schedule. They dried the place out and fixed it up way sooner than i was anticipating, all while working around my schedule. Feels great to know I picked the right company to come into my home!

Tracy and Chelsea are fantastic, been friends for years and they have always treated me fair and been super professional, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for property restoration, Tracy's knowledge is beyond his years and is second to none!!! Would have been a 10 star review if that was an option.

These guys really did an amazing job fixed my house from a level 3 sewage backup and got us back in our house in only a few weeks now my house looks brand new and and couldn't be happier with the job these guys really actually care about their clients and they treat them like family and really put our situation in their shoes and helped us as much as they could I would recommend these guys to anyone whether it be just remodeling or if its an emergency like i had these guys really will handle all and in a timely manner really great job guys!
