Colorado Water & Mold Restoration

We needed to get our bathroom and ceiling below bathroom done after some leaking and they did a wonderful job! Everyone we met from beginning to end of the project was great and helped answer any questions we had. Jason and Jose were fantastic, they did a great job and finished everything quicker than we expected. Communication and attention to detail were great, and their invoice is very clear, detailed, and easy to understand. Would highly recommend!

After discovering a horrific mold issue in the home, the last thing you want is company coming in pencil whipping an estimate, or trying to upsell you in products or services. I’m so glad to have found Colorado Water Mold and Restoration!! The speed with which they replied to the call made showed professionalism and that they truly care. Within a matter of days a man came out with meters to find moisture, measured the entire area. He wrote us a quote and had the issue scheduled to be resolved. We did have to have a secondary company come out for environmental testing since the house was built before 1978. That was done for the safety of everyone; residents and workers alike. They supplied dehumidifiers to help the moister issue until the day of mitigation ( I think that’s the term. Not great with big words.) They keep you informed on every step of the process. Things were explained in detail and answered any questions we had. Even the call made on a Sunday afternoon because of a minor freak out over insurance stuff that no one seemed to comprehend… they did. They were always on top of it and they do the hard stuff for you. I probably would have lost my ever loving mind if I had to deal with that. But they calmed fears quickly. Professional, thoughtful, honest I would absolutely recommend Shane and his crew. They also do an incredible job if you find your self in deep… um… excrement.

Manny, Scotty, and Mike from Colorado Water & Mold Restoration are absolute pros! They came out to fix not one, but TWO major issues at my place - my furnace and water heater, plus repaired damaged flooring. Their service was top-notch, and they were very courteous and reliable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them for any restoration or repair needs. I just finished writing A review but it looks like it did not post and I am so impressed with CO Water & Mold Restoration. I wanted to make sure that I did get a review in! From start to finish Shane & crew came out quickly to access our leak. The crew worked carefully and quickly to fix the leak & repair the drywall. Attention to detail was taken to include photos along the way of work done. A special shout out to Jay who went above and beyond the expectations to make sure the finished job was done right! It is not easy to find a company that really says what they are going to do and does it! We HIGHLY recommend this company! Thank you

Mike, Ernest, Manny,and Cristo, did an amazing job! To start they called to let me know about their arrival time. They also reminded me about the dog. They were respectful of my home and the floors. They work well together and were respectful of each other. Overall the work was done quickly and efficiently even with them having such a small workspace. My overall problem was sorted out within an hour as promised. If I need someone to come out I'm requesting them.

Jay came and replaced our door/door frame and he did a great job! He was kind and super professional!
